By using CalCo Card (website, membership, or business tools), you agree to these terms.
The service
CalCo Card lists deals from participating local businesses. We provide a Free tier (limited Deals of the Week) and a paid Member tier with broader access, digital card verification, and giveaway entry. Businesses pay separately for partner plans.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid phone number if required at signup.
- You are responsible for keeping your membership code and account secure.
- Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected; cancel anytime in Account (or by contacting Support). Refunds are handled case-by-case unless required by law.
Deals & redemptions
- Offers are created and honored by the business. CalCo Card facilitates discovery and verification; the business is responsible for applying the discount in-store.
- Free users may redeem a limited number of Deals of the Week per week as stated on the site.
- Members must present a valid digital card, QR, or membership code when asked.
- We may pause deals, limit abuse, or remove accounts that misuse the service.
Texts & email
By providing your phone number and completing signup or free redemption, you consent to receive automated texts about deals and membership. Consent is not a condition of purchase for paid plans beyond what is required to operate verification and account security. Opt out as described in the Privacy Policy.
Businesses
Partner businesses agree to honor published deals for verified Free or Member customers as applicable, keep hours and offers reasonably accurate, and use the portal in line with their plan limits (including weekly deal slots and analytics access).
Giveaways
Member giveaways are governed by the separate Giveaway Official Rules.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific savings amounts, or that every business will always honor an offer without issue. Michigan law applies. For disputes, contact Support first.
