Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern (A) the weekly $100 local gift card drawing and (B) the Launch Super Giveaway. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING beyond the single entry described below. Void where prohibited. Michigan law applies.
A. Weekly $100 Local Gift Card
- Eligibility: Legal residents of Michigan, 18+, who are not employees, officers, or contractors of Sponsor or their household members.
- How to enter (choose one):
- Membership entry: Be an active paid CalCo Card Member in good standing during that week’s entry period. One automatic entry per Member per weekly drawing.
- Free AMOE: Send an email to giveaway@calcocard.com (or mail a 3x5 card to the Sponsor address above) with your full name, mailing address, email, phone, and the words “Weekly $100 AMOE” plus the week-ending Saturday date you want to enter. One free entry per person per weekly drawing. Emails must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern on that Saturday; mail must be postmarked by that Saturday and received within 5 days.
- Prize: One (1) gift card or store credit, approximate retail value (ARV) $100, to a participating Calhoun County business selected by Sponsor. No cash alternative except if the prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater ARV. Prize is not transferable. Winner is responsible for any taxes.
- Drawing: On or about each Monday, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from all eligible membership entries and AMOE entries for the prior week. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries that week.
- Notification: Winner is contacted at the email/phone on file within 7 days and may be asked to confirm identity and complete a short affidavit. If the winner does not respond in 7 days, Sponsor may draw an alternate.
B. Launch Super Giveaway (first 2,500 Members / limited launch)
- Eligibility: Same as Section A. In addition, automatic membership entries are limited to people who become paid Members among the first 2,500 paid Members as recorded in Sponsor’s system, plus any AMOE entries submitted during the launch window.
- Launch window: Begins on the date this promotion is first advertised on calcocard.com and ends on the date Sponsor has recorded 2,500 paid Members or a date Sponsor posts here, whichever occurs first. Sponsor will post the actual draw date on this page and email eligible entrants.
- How to enter: Same two methods as Section A (paid membership among the first 2,500 or free AMOE during the launch window). One entry per person.
- Prizes: One (1) grand prize: local shopping spree / gift cards totaling ARV $1,000; and ten (10) runner-up prizes of ARV $100 each, all usable at participating Calhoun County businesses selected by Sponsor.
- Drawing and notification: Random drawing after the launch window closes. Notification same as Section A. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
C. General
- One account / one AMOE identity per person. Fraud, bots, or multiple entries may be disqualified.
- By entering, you agree to these Rules and to Sponsor’s use of your first name and city in a winner list posted on calcocard.com.
- Sponsor’s decisions on eligibility and winners are final.
- Limitation of liability and Michigan venue as in the Terms of Use.
- This promotion is a sweepstakes (chance). It is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling product.
- Rules may be updated; the version posted on this page at the time of entry controls.
- Winner list: available on request to support@calcocard.com for 90 days after each drawing.
