Partner Terms
These Partner Terms are between CALCO CARD LLC and the business that buys a Starter, Growth, Unlimited, or other partner plan (“you,” “Partner”).
By checking out on partner-join, using the Business Portal, or posting a deal, you agree to these Partner Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Plans and billing
Public list prices (subject to change): Starter $19/month, Growth $49/month, Unlimited $99/month. Taxes extra if applicable. Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime in the portal or by writing support@calcocard.com; access continues through the paid month. Fees are generally non-refundable except billing errors or as required by law.
Plan features (deal slots, Deal of the Day eligibility, analytics) are as described on businesses.html at the time of purchase. We may reasonably change feature caps with notice.
2. Your deal content
You grant CalCo Card a non-exclusive license to display your name, logo, photos, hours, location, and deal copy on the site, app-like pages, emails, texts, and social posts that promote Calhoun County deals.
You represent that you own or have rights to that content, that offers are lawful and honorable, and that you will not post anything false, discriminatory, or that promotes illegal activity.
We may edit for length, request changes, or decline a deal (including Deal of the Day slots).
3. Honoring offers
You agree to honor each live offer for verified Free or Member customers during the posted window and on the posted terms. Staff should be able to verify in the portal or by viewing the customer’s digital card / QR / confirmation screen.
If you need to pause an offer (sold out, hours change, emergency), pause it in the portal promptly. Repeated no-shows or refusals of valid redemptions are grounds to suspend the listing without refund.
You (not CalCo Card) are responsible for the in-store transaction, sales tax, alcohol rules, health codes, and customer service on the purchase.
4. Verification and fraud
Use the portal in good faith. Do not verify people who are not present or who do not show a valid credential. Do not harvest member data for your own SMS/email list unless the customer separately opts in with you.
5. Independent contractor
You are not our employee, franchisee, or joint venturer. Customers are your customers at the point of sale.
6. Fees are for software and distribution
Partner fees pay for listing, discovery, verification tools, and promotion inside CalCo Card. They are not a commission on each redemption unless a future addendum says otherwise.
7. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify CALCO CARD LLC against claims arising from your offers, your store operations, your content, or your violation of these terms (including a customer’s complaint that a posted deal was not honored).
8. Disclaimer and liability cap
Portal and listings are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a number of visits or redemptions. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the partner fees you paid us in that period.
9. Term and termination
Either party may cancel the plan as in Section 1. We may suspend immediately for fraud, illegal offers, abuse of members, or nonpayment. After termination we may keep historical deal copy as part of site archives but will stop promoting new live offers.
10. Law
